• the ordering process

At any time you may browse through my virtual gallery to view or purchase artwork. When you see a painting you like, click on the image to see details and pricing info as well as numerous detail pictures.

If you would like to purchase one of my art pieces, simply click on the "add to cart" button to start the check out process. When you are done shopping you will be directed to Paypal's secure site where you may use a bank draft or credit/debit card of your choice. Fast and simple. No paypal account is needed.

Paypal will email you a purchase confirmation email receipt. I will also be notified and will contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. Your order will be shipped within 3 business days.

If you are paying by check, money order or cashiers check, please contact me to receive the mailing address. I will ship your artwork after payment has arrived and cleared. Personal checks require a 10 day clearing period.

Texas Residents, please allow 8.25% in taxes when ordering. Local buyers who wish to purchase art or browse the Studio Gallery, please contact me for a gallery visit Mon-Sun. 10 am-8 pm by appt. Payment options include cash, credit, check, money order, 0% financing, and layaway.

• gallery quality

My work is created with top-of-the-line, professional grade paints and canvas. The painted canvas is stretched onto strong wooden support frames and "gallery wrapped" around deep (1.5"-2.5") edges. The edges of the painting are staple free and painted for a chic, modern, gallery style presentation. Picture framing is not needed. Each painting comes with wall mounting hardware already fastened to the back side. Wall hooks are included.

Your painting will be varnished with a UV protectant for durability and protection for decades to come.

A signed Certificate of Authenticity will accompany each painting as proof of originality and for insurance purposes.

• shipping & handling:

Quick and safe shipping is available to all U.S continental states through Fed Ex Ground. Your artwork will be shipped and packed professionally using flat mirror/art shipping boxes, protective paper, and 1/2 thick bubble wrap.

After your artwork is shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number so you will be able to easily trace your shipment. Estimated Fed Ex delivery time to most U.S. cities is 2-8 days, with the average being 3-5 days. Insurance is included in the shipping cost.

• international buyers:

Please contact me in advance BEFORE ordering to be sure that I ship to your country. Most of my packages cannot be delivered through USPS, due to size restrictions, so a UPS broker fee will apply. Every country's custom's fees vary. Broker's Fees and Custom's Fee are the sole responsbility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs office to find out what the additional cost might be. International orders are sent via UPS, unless buyer supplies their own Fed Ex account number, in which case I will gladly send via Fed Ex.

My Studio Gallery is conveniently located Downtown in the burgeoning East Austin Arts District (2 blocks south of Progress Coffeehouse). You are graciously invited to drop by and browse through three floors of gallery space where my latest art is always on display and available for sale. M-Sun. by appt. Family friendly.

I'm located in a community of 200 working artists and would be happy to give you referrals if you don't find exactly what you're looking for here.

Need to try it out first? No problem, in fact I highly encourage my fellow Austinites, who may be considering a purchase, to hang my art in their homes for a one week trial at no charge. This will give you time to see the work in various times of the day and night, in different lighting situations and, ultimately, decide if it was meant to be...smart and easy.

I've created my Studio Gallery to be a sanctuary from the hectic outside world and that means you won't ever have to worry about dodging snooty sales people, sales pressure or obligation to buy. All you'll find here is a colorful artist, my very latest creations...those completed and those on easels...in warm, cozy gallery spaces surrounded by rock gardens, waterfalls, and lots of creative inspiration! Window shoppers welcome! 0% interest payment plans are available for local buyers. Please inquire for details. Cash accepted for local sales. Free delivery and setup for local buyers.

• return policy

My collectors are my topmost priority. If you are interested in purchasing my artwork and would like more info or more detail pictures, please don't hesitate to make the request before ordering. If you aren't fully satisfied with the piece after it arrives, it may be returned in original condition, for a refund within 7 days from date of arrival at your residence.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping is nonrefundable.
