PURCHASE & SHIPPING INFO
Orders are shipped twice a week. Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Please contact in advance of your order to confirm rush delivery. U.S shipping costs are based on rates for FedEx Ground service. Insurance is included in shipping cost. Texas Residents, please add 8.25% in taxes to purchase. Artwork will be shipped and packed professionally using flat mirror/art shipping boxes and 1/2 thick bubble wrap. After your artwork is shipped out, you will receive the tracking number by email, so you will be able to easily trace your shipment. Estimated delivery time to most U.S. cities is 2-8 days after artwork is shipped, with the average being 3-5 days. International orders are sent via UPS, unless buyer supplies their own Fed Ex account number, in which case I will gladly send via Fed Ex.
For Local Buyers:
If you are located in the Austin, TX area and would like to purchase a piece of my artwork, arrangements can be made for a free drop off or private viewing.
For Online Purchases:
After you have made your payment through Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email including a verification of purchase receipt. I will contact you by email within 24 hours to confirm your purchase. If you paid by credit or debit card, your purchase will be processed and shipped out within 3 business days. If you are paying by check, money order or cashiers check, please contact me to receive the mailing address. I will ship your artwork after payment has arrived and cleared. Personal checks require a 10 day clearing period. If you have an international shipping request, please contact me BEFORE purchasing to get a shipping quote. International buyers are responsible for Fed Ex broker fee and all custom's fees assessed by your country.
